HVAC Air Quality Air Purification and COVID-19 Risk Reduction

Webinar - 26 January, 2021

The current pandemic has forced building owners and operators to revaluate their existing HVAC systems and, in most cases, make adjustments in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission within their facilities.

Common changes include items such as upgrading to high-rated MERV air filters, increasing fresh air intake, and keeping fans running all the time. But is that enough? What other technologies exist that will improve indoor air quality and have other positive impacts? This presentation will introduce participants to ‘Active Air Purification’ and ‘Ductwork Sealing’. Combined together, these technologies will not only further reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission in your building, but also address many other contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, mould, and odours, as well as lower your energy consumption through increased energy efficiency.
